Chick-Fil-A has this new frosted lemonade.
If you haven't got it yet you really should!
It's so good.
But, if your anything like me, once you try it you'll get
hooked.. So what could be better then making
it at home??
Shortly after tying it I decided to see if I could replicate it.
We tried a few things and I think we came pretty close!
Copycat Frosted Lemonade
Ingredients
1 cup or 10 lemonade ice cubes
3/4 - 1 cup milk
1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tsp Country time lemonade powder.
Throw it all in the blender and there you have it!
So here are some extra thoughts.. We tried normal ice cubes but they didn't blend very good. Maybe it's just our blender, but when we used frozen lemonade instead of just normal ice cubes it turned out way better.
When you use the lemonade ice cubes it is pretty good without the lemonade powder, but I wanted it a little sweeter..
If you just made the lemonade stronger before you
froze it that would probably work good too.
If you don't want to take the time to freeze lemonade then just use regular ice cubes and a full scoop of lemonade powder.
This is perfect for a hot day!
It's getting pretty warm around here and
we are trying not to turn on the a/c yet haha
so this is just what we needed today :)
Ok we need to make that when I come!
