Weekends keep me sane.
Even though Matt still has to do homework (like right now) we get to do a little bit more together.. so that's nice. I'm really looking forward to when he doesn't have so much to do. 10 more weeks. Yes I have a countdown.
Anyways.. a few things about Micah!
This is the view from the kitchen as I make dinner. Doesn't get better then this!
In the last four days Micah has mastered rolling over from his back to tummy. And in the same day he learned to do that he also started scooting!
Here is his play time the other day.
On that same day he kept rolling onto his tummy and then just laying there super relaxed
It was weirding me out! Usually he as soon as he gets on his tummy he grunts and squirms till he roll to his back again. But he did it twice. Once he almost fell asleep and the other time he just laid there and watched tv.
Micah loves his daddy time.
He kept trying to eat Matt's tie and then he would make a face and yank it out of his mouth.. and then do it again haha silly guy
Micah also loves to sit on Matt's lap while he works.
He gets his own keyboard and everything :)
And then there's this.. Matt likes to put things on Micah's head. I just about died laughing, I could barely take the picture.
- "I'm the king of this couch. And I'm awesome."
I got a little creative with breakfast this morning.
Micah thought it was cool.
So we planned on taking some family pictures today.. We got all ready and everything and then our photographer went into labor.. So she obviously cancelled, but we figured we would try to take some on a timer since we were there..
We could not get Micah to look at the camera. But who can blame him! He's never been in a super awesome tropical green house thing before. He was just in awe of it all.
We did get him to look a few times though.
Eventually we just gave up and showed him the fish
And then we went and got some frozen yogurt :)
It was a good day.
