Baby's 1ST Christmas part 2

When I was a kid I felt like Christmas day would take forever to come. I would count down the days and be so impatient! But now it comes way to fast! I just want to enjoy the season for a lot longer.. So Christmas day is bitter sweet.  Its my favorite day, but at the same time I'm always a little sad cause it means that I have to wait a whole year for it to come again..
I thought a lot about that during Christmas this year.. I guess I'm growing up and its weird to me!
Anyways..
It all started with Christmas Eve..
All of my siblings got together at my parents house and had an awesome dinner.

Each year we draw names and get one person a gift. This year we did homemade gifts for each other.  We opened these presents on Christmas Eve and it was really fun to see what everyone got for each other.

Jess made us this awesome menu board!! I am super excited about it. She also made us a cake :)
We made Luke and Tonya this sign
Jess made mom and dad a measuring board to put all of the grand kids heights on

Tonya made these little sit upons that the kids loved! (she also made a bunch more really cool stuff)

And of course it wouldn't be Christmas Eve without dad reading the Christmas story :)
Annd I just love this picture of talon sitting on grandpa reading a book haha

Christmas morning!

At 10 o'clock Christmas morning everyone came over to open mom and dad's presents. It was awesome!
Everyone had so much fun
Matt helped Micah open up his present..
And Micah helped me open mine.

Later that day we went and visited more family to see how Christmas was going and then all of my family met up for dinner and a movie.  It was such a great day.  I'm so glad that I got to have my whole family there! It was so fun to watch my nieces and nephews be so excited about Christmas.  I'm excited for next Christmas when Micah can get into it a little more :)
