Motivational Monday: Week 3

And just like that, it's Monday again!
I did good last week!
I think I'm getting things figured out as far as 
when to work out and what to eat and stuff.

I have been feeling so good!
Lots more energy and happiness :)

I worked out ever day but Friday..
I woke up with a strong desire to get my house 
clean and start on a big project so 
I just went for it and skipped working out.
But I painted a room and that's a pretty good workout haha

We had some really delicious and healthy meals this week.
I made lots and had it for lunches too.
This past week is the healthiest I have eaten in a while
and it seriously feels soo good.
I feel renewed!!

So the goals continue on to this week of course!
It will get a little tricky cause I have family coming to visit
(yay! yay! yay!!!!)

It seems like it's way easier to eat junk when your
having a great time with family haha

So we will see what happens.

I finally completed my goal of making a healthy snack.

I made these awesome granola bites.
I would eat one before I worked out in the morning.
I never want to eat a full breakfast before working out
but it also seems like if I don't eat anything then
I have a hard time making it through

So those granola bites were the perfect solution!
