A Ten Month Old Mason

These Past ten months have been the fastest and the slowest at the same time.  Babies just grow up way to fast!! All of a sudden he is walking around furniture and driving cars and acting so old!! 

There's always that feeling of please stay a baby forever, but if I'm being completely honest there have been quite a few times that I'm a little anxious for Mason to get a little older haha that sounds kind of awful, but he has been such a hard baby that part of me just wants him to grow out of it.  And the other part of me wants my newborn back haha 

But let me tell you a few things about ten month old Mason :)

Like I mentioned above he walks all over all the furniture and the fireplace.  He will also walk if you hold his hands, but he still isn't super great at that haha Micah could walk around if you held him up when he was like 2 months old.  But Mason hasn't been able to figure out how to take steps till just recently haha

Lately Mason has been driving cars and it's kind of blowing my mind! Is he really old enough for that?? Whenever he gets a car he drives it all over. It is seriously the cutest thing, and it's looking like we might have two car lovers in this family 

Mase is obsessed with laptops.  It's pretty much impossible to be on one when he is around. In fact as I'm typing this he is reaching up and pushing the keys haha 

Mason does not like to be alone.  Micah has always been kind of a loner and when he was this age I would have to go find him cause he would just crawl back to his room and look at books or find something to play with.  Mason always wants to be around someone.  We will all be playing and he will be super content with whatever he has, but if me and Micah leaves he will come looking for us.  He is constantly following me around and climbing up my legs.  He loves to be around people and he loves to be held :)

So along with never wanting to be alone Mason also always wants to be right in the middle of whatever Micah's doing.  Micah always has these games going on with his cars and blocks and whatever else and Mason is always right there stealing whatever toys he can get a hold of haha I suppose Micah has it coming though from the many many times he has taken Mason's toys.

But even though they fight Micah and Mason are best buds.  They are basically inseparable (and not always in a good way haha) It's so fun to watch their relationship grow.

Micah has been taking the cushions off the couch lately and Mason loves it cause he can climb up.  He climbs up and watches me cook and it's cute. 

Speaking of cooking, it's always hard to make dinner cause he wants to be held.. So I give him free reign of different cupboards to try and get through dinner making.. He liked the bowls pretty good. 

Sometimes Mason gets in these moods where he wants to play and be chased and wrestle and it's so cute!! He will crawl in circles super fast and giggle and it cracks me up.  

He is also super super ticklish on his legs.  And his laugh is the funniest thing.  He brightens every day and always leaves us laughing.  We sure do love that guy!!
