May is my month!

So there are a ton of things that I need blog about.. Some awesome things have been happening in our lives recently, but I'm just really pumped about a particular subject so I'm going to skip ahead. 

Guys.
May is my month!
I can feel it

Ok let me explain.
Ever since the beginning of the year I have been working super hard on getting all my baby weight off.  It was slow going at first, but then I got in a really good groove and I lost almost 20 lbs! 

I was doing so good, but then life got in the way.
Moving, graduation, vacation, and then moving in kind of put my weight loss on hold.  

But now we are all moved in to our awesome new place and there are no more excuses! I feel like its been forever since I could really focus on me and getting back into shape. 

I'm so pumped!
I'm going to be using a lot of things from blogilates.com 
She has a workout calendar and a clean eating meal plan 
Sometimes she gets a little annoying, but oh man the workouts are intense! And I love the meal plan.  I'm pretty sure it is the reason I have been losing weight and the best part is that I never really feel hungry! Love that! 
and the best part is that its all free!

She has like a million videos on youtube. Today was Thursday thighs on her calendar and, despite Micah being super fussy, I did these workouts. 






It was intense! But I loved it. Pilates is awesome. 
She talks a lot.. Sometimes I skip parts haha 

So I think it will help me stay motivated if I keep up with my progress on the blog
So we will see how that goes.
